"clean the washroom and replace bathtub!"

"Great location for our tour of Queen’s university. The included breakfast was a nice perk"

"The only real complaint I had about my experience. Upon arrival I parked in the parking lot. Went in the front desk asked me if I was parking there. I said yes they took my information license plate, etc. Then checking out this morning. I was informed that there was a $35 parking fee. Nobody had mentioned any of that prior to my check-in or when I gave the information very disappointed with that process."

"Ample parking, good and quiet location, very clean."

"Lovely hotel and great hotel. I really wish they had coffee in the rooms though."

"We would be happy to go back there when we are in Kingston"

"It's a nice property, close to many amenities. I would have liked all of the lights to work and the window to close fully but overall, it was a nice room. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. I would definitely stay there again. Check in at 4 pm seems a little late but we were able to take our things with us to our destination and check in after the function."

"Arrived late. Staff was new to night shift but polite and helpful. Room was ok. Bathroom nicely updated. Woke up in morning to find I had been charged for the room even though I had prepaid. So spent 30 minutes with Expedia on phone/front desk. Each blaming the other. Front desk clerk very polite and helpful with this. BIG ISSUE was I found a “personal gentle massager” on the floor just covered by a duvet. Thought it was a tube of lipstick at first. If cleaning staff missed this then what...

"A pool was supposed to be included, huge letdown.Breakfast had a nice offering, but cold .Sorry its the ugliest place I’ve ever stayed,I wouldn’t want to be in the last room in the Long hallway ,if a fire broke out, Travel on, find some place nice, is my advice!"
