We apologize that our in room frig did not have an adequately working freezer for you. The desk did offer to assist and help you with the items you wanted keep frozen in our freezer. At this time we do have one wing with easy access to an entrance. This wing is in demand and will often have multiple rooms with pets. We are sorry this disturbed your stay.
