All of our locations are advertised as walk-ups only. The great thing about the Pearl St location (same with our John & Fair St locations) is that the parking lots are right next to the buildings. We do our best to assist all of our guests equally and accommodate requests (such as mobility concerns) if given the advance notice. Your feedback is appreciated and taken with much consideration.
