"The hotel is very conveniently located and perfectly clean. The room I had unfortunately overlooked Newtownsmith Rd, which made it very noisy because of the bar across the road. "These rooms are university dorms, I believe, but if you’re popping into Galway for a day or two during the summer, they’re comfortable and well kept. Staff are friendly and attentive. Parking may be an issue if you’re driving but there’s a free lot that’s maybe a five minute walk from the hotel you can use. "My husband and I traveled to Ireland for our honeymoon and chose this inn for a few days of rest and relaxation. The establishment was clean, quiet & peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. Wolfgang was so kind to make us coffee in the morning while he was preparing breakfast for the guests. The inn was a good distance to Galway, Cliffs of Moher, the Atlantic coast. We ate dinner at Russell’s in Doolin, food was incredible. Reservations are suggested. "

"Staff was rude and mentioned during checkin that heat will be off from 12-6 am. When asked them to give this in writing they said that they told us that if we need heat we need to tell them. "Good, affordable spot not far from the main hub of action. We got a room that opened up into a kitchen and living area with an extra bed for our son. Cold breakfast was perfect for us. Tea and coffee and fruit were always available. I wish there was a spot to hang wet towels. Hooks are needed or towel racks."

"Excellent and clean with minimal noise despite the construction. The tub was a little deep compared to the bathroom floor but otherwise it was all amazing. The communal areas were clean and the staff was very helpful in calling cabs and assisting the Uber eats guy with finding me lol. There is a bus stop right down the street that will take you into town. "
