"Great lil place to stay "

"Room was dirty, bathroom had used soap in shower, food trash left in window, and random trash on floor in room. Bathroom only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper and when we ran out they took forever to bring more. Coffee bar staff was unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered ahead from room just to wait 30 mins at counter then to be told they were out. Manager was rude when requesting refund. "

"Clean, modern and attractively current this earth toned retreat from the just blocks away River Walk in San Antonio. Rooftop, with comfy tequila themed bar and pool (no hot tub), is the place to be to mingle with friends. Delicious drinks and varied small plate menu take care of you. Large public areas in the lobby provide cozy gathering space for guests. Coffee is available in the morning and wine/beer social provided from 6-7 pm. Lobby bar and restaurant look similarly expense account worthy. Rooms are not carpeted, but are concrete with a rug under and surrounding the bed. I understand the reasoning, but oooh, cold floor. Shower spacious. "

"We spent 3 nights at the Drury. The facility is centrally located, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. "

"Street in front of hotel no longer exists and we spend an hour trying to get there. When I called for assistance phone was answered and cut off. We finally just parked and walked to hotel luggage and all. Never again."

"One elevator worked, the rest were out of order. For a large hotel, this meant lines at the one functional elevator and / or multiple flights of stairs that were not fun with baggage in tow. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms were spacious but walls are thin and gap at entry door meant you could hear all the hallway traffic. "

"The room was clean. Location was perfect. The shuttle works very well and frequently. Breakfast was fine. As an airport hotel with a complimentary breakfast, we as guests, use to have some snack/cupcakes/coffee station for early flight guests. (Before breakfast Hours)"
