"We stayed in a handicap room the rails in shower had visible of red mold. The rest seemed fine but it makes you wonder if they deep clean rooms. Also I went to breakfast and there were no eggs and the waffle mix was out before 9"

"Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast included, that's always nice. There's also ample free parking! Walking distance to Mayfaire."

"The bathrooms were ok However I found someone else's hair on the shower wall that was not mine or my husband's. I brought towels with me for the trip, One of them happen to be white. I had it in my bag. The housekeeper took my towel out of my bag thinking it belongs to the hotel. If she looked at it CLEARLY, it didn't. My thoughts is don't go through people's belongings. I wouldn't take towels from a hotel and Im sure there are people who do"

"Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean property and of course delicious warm cookies!"

"The only real issue we had with this property was that our room was soggy. The air was humid to the point that the floods were damp. This makes carpeted areas icky to step on(not going bare foot) and rile slippery. We wiped tile with towels once, then just laid a row of towels out leading to the bathroom so we didn't slip and fall. The staff looked to see if we could change rooms, but they were booked solid."

"Definitely felt safe as a solo woman traveler. The hotel is abt a 15 mins drive from the beach but it’s not a horrible drive I love the views I got to see"

"It's always a great stay while visiting North Carolina. It is very well staffed with helpful members and the amenities are very good. It's close to alot of shopping centers and good eats. It feels like a home away from home"

"Overall very clean and comfortable. Moderate breakfast (bagels, cereal, oatmeal and fruit, muffins, juice, coffee/tea). No coffee maker or other appliances in the kitchenette area of room, but did have a mini fridge and prep sink. Somewhat confusing at check-in to be advised of a $100 deposit to be applied to my credit card in addition to room fee which they said would be refunded later. At checkout just the room fee appeared on the receipt. Understandable to use a held form of payment to apply...

"I think they are focused more on look of the front property and entrance rather than the rooms and the amenities for the guest there is no blow dryer or any extras of anything. If you needed towels they made you go down to the front desk for when it cost they should’ve been a little more focused on the guest. My light above sink didn’t work. They didn’t seem to care. The jacuzzi was not turned on. Pool is very nice and clean. However there are no towels for the pool. The ones they had were in...
