"The heating and cooling system cannot be adjusted, making the rooms too hot and the hotel stuffy. Hotel cleaning staff were everywhere (including towels and carts sprawled out in front of the elevators) and were not friendly. Despite the number of staff, the body wash in our shower was not filled and only had about two pumps before it was out when I showered. Only stayed for one night and the location by the airport was convenient but wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"We had to leave the property before breakfast and the staff provided us with to go bags including a yogurt and fruit and croissant. The hotel property was beautiful and conducive to a nice walk"

"Cute little spot. The parking is awful so if you can come by bus, do that. Their restaurants are nice, the rooms are clean, there is a big tub to soak your aching feet. The staff was super helpful and informative, the power went out on the entire street and the personally knocked on our door to let us know and check on us and to see if they could make us dinner reservations anywhere else if the power wasn't back on by our reservation. Lovely views and lovely staff."

All of the basic/important things were top notch, and there were many nice touches, including indirect lighting and an abundance of electrical outlets. "This property is showing its age for sure. It's fine for a place to sleep, but the carpets are heavily stained, the wood edges worn on cabinetry, and the bathroom floor was just not that sanitary looking and the tile grout needs some TLC. The tv remote was so overused that much of the white lettering was worn away, so it was a guess using it. There are no wall plugs near the head of the bed, so couldn't plug in phone and have bedside. But is it worth the price? I would say this is a "get what...
