"Overpriced for Syracuse family weekend. This is a $150-$200 room value at best and it was fine for that, but we paid over $650."

"light in bathroom not working & bathtub had chips in tub"

"I liked the room setup, it was clean and confortable to stay in. The free breakfast in the morning offers a good start for the day."

"room was cute and spacious . staff was friendly and helpful . parking was easily accessible . smell the breakfast food all the way up to the 2nd floor even though i left out a bit early during check out . not noisy . wifi was a little slow for the netflix on tv but i was interested in watching anything , it was more for background noise ."

"I believe when a hotel property is undergoing renovations, there should be some type of small discount/incentive for the inconvenience. Doesn't have to be much, maybe a free desert or pastry in the morning. Food for thought!"

"I requested an accessible room, which I received upon check-in. The room was clean to the point of immaculate and spotless. However, the conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken, and the body lotion dispenser was removed from the bathroom wall. The door for the in-room fridge was warped on the bottom and did not close properly, so I propped an ottoman against it to keep it shut and cold. Danielle at the front desk checked me in and was most helpful in addressing the room concerns...

"The hotel smelled like Indian food. The carpet in the room was pretty stained. The window sashes literally fell out of the window. I guess I got what I paid for."

"The room smelled horrible, like cat pee, but there was no carpet so I we were thinking it must be the mattress? There was a cigarette burn mark in the blanket and the pillows were tiny, lumpy things. We were unable to tolerate the smell so we checked back out immediately and left to find new lodging. The man behind the counter said he would cancel our reservation, but two weeks later, no refund or communication has come through."
