"Very nice hotel close to many restaurants. Clean, updated, and quiet rooms."

"Clean room nice presentation for breakfast friendly staff"

"Room is very clean, location is convenient. Nice and friendly staff. Coffee brewer was broken. It was replace quite fast. But only 2 bags of one kind of tea and 3 pods for brewer were available. I recently stayed in 3* hotel with big selection of tea and coffee in the room and freshly grounded coffee and selection of juices in breakfast area. Price was much lower of course. Breakfast was good but in my opinion overpriced."

"We were charged for being a little early to check in. We paid for our dog. Breakfast was minimal and the staff hadn’t even turned on the coffee. It was cold so each one had to heat it in microwave. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The location was convenient for I-81 z"

"NA"

"Staff were very helpful and nice; the room was clean and fairly spacious but some repairs were in order as the closet doors/molding were off track and in need of repair"

"Staff was friendly and fantastic!"

"Very good room for the price for sure. Couldn’t give five stars though because some bugs in the room."

"Good value"

"We had a lovely stay at Candlewood. The staff were kind, friendly, helpful. The site was well maintained. Room was clean and quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice amenities. Nice kitchen with dishware, cookware, etc. Pet friendly for our husky. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with dog and crate. Great central location for Vestal / Broome County."

"The room was very clean a bit dated. However, the gravity is going through construction, which was not advertised when I booked. It was not very problematic because we were just there for one night. The staff all were very approachable and responsive. There didn’t seem to be many but the ones I did see an encounter were wonderful."
