The fire alarm didn’t have a flash, i had little bites on my back, they only had 1 towel for us and when we asked for another one she said”we don’t have any right now but we will bring u some when we do” her husband banged on the door so loud it startled us in our sleep. He wanted to give us towels, but why so loud?"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff rarely answered the phone, and when they did, they were unhelpful and couldn’t properly address even basic questions.

"Worst motel I have ever stayed in. Do not rent here. This place felt unsafe for a family with children. The front door/security door was broken, room doors looked damaged, there was no one available at the front desk when help was needed, I saw roaches, the walls were dirty, and the entire property felt neglected and unsanitary.
