"Check in was strange. The cast member was efficient but completely detached from the situation. She provided information in a very monotone manner and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. They also keep this resort very dark for some reason and it was just weird."

"The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool and pool bar. Our room was nice. The property needs some TLC. Most of the landscape is overgrown with weeds, just a little maintenance would improve the look of the property immensely. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for all of the activities that we did."

"I wouldn't recommend this property. The price was great and so were the reviews, so unfortunately we were pretty disappointed with our stay. The hallways leading to our room felt run-down, and I wouldn't describe the property as “recently remodeled,” as I had read before our stay. There was a large bug in our room when we arrived. We tried to flush it, but it took nearly 10 minutes for the toilet to build up enough water to actually flush. The shower also had very little water pressure. The...

"Main pool area is very nice with the hot tubs and sauna AND the bar but the lazy river area was closed both days we were there. They do not have a dryer available on property for all rooms and no balconies so I could not dry my clothes in between pool days. The showers did not have doors or curtains so I was cold in the shower and the floors stayed wet. The breakfast was amazing!"
