The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. "This is my idea of a very basic needs hotel, but perfect for a short stay at a very reasonable cost. Free coffee/tea in the lobby from 7: to 23:00. Only a 5 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station West entrance. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very conveniently located as it's connected to Sunshine City Mall and less than a ten minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, and there's a Family Mart located on the first floor. The views are always spectacular. The staff are very friendly and even though the room wasn't immediately ready when using self check-in, the staff were helpful at reception and everything was sorted promptly. It's also easy to get to and from the airport with the Airport Limousine service and they have a luggage forwarding service in the lobby as well. This will always be my go-to hotel to stay in whenever I visit Tokyo. "
