"Room was very clean other than a few rogue hairs in the shower. Only problem was that our rooms were not ready by the time we came to the hotel. We had to wait about 20 extra minutes before we could go into our room. Other than that, service was easy and excellent."

"The hotel is well located in the heart of Shinjuku and the limousine bus drops and picks up from the hotel location The amenities are limited. There is no lounge , the bar restaurant only opens at 5pm unless you have breakfast The rooms are tiny, not unusual for Tokyo and have one electric point and a few usb ports. There is a laundry on the 20th floor. The staff have limited English but it’s ok, you’re in Japan. Breakfast had plenty of choices, both Asian and Western"

"Breakfast was mediocre and the same items was served everyday for the week of stay. The hotel was surrounded by bars and bunch of drunks walking around. The male patrons of the bar would urinate nearby the hotel. It was disgusting. If I had known this hotel was near the red light district, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I don't think this hotel is worth four stars."
