The hotel was in a great central location. Staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Recommend booking a room that is not Standard as standard room is very small for 2 people. Bed very comfortable, Overall, we loved the hotel, but our room was too small., but we survived!!!

Pros - Good location. Many amenities to choose from. Cons - The room is only cleaned every three days. Request for towels can be made and this is hung outside the door but used towels will stillbe left in the room.

Very good hotel. Just be prepared to pay 100 yen accomodation tax per night when you check in. I paid in full via Expedia so it surprised me that I had to pay extra when I got there, wasn’t a great experience. Luckily the hotel staff, amenities and location still made it worthwhile.
