"The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the first and second elevators were out of order, leaving all guests to use a single back elevator or fire stairwell. This was the weekend of a convention, a wedding, and a statewide little league tournament. Also despite paying extra for breakfast with my reservation, I was told at check in that the breakfast buffet would be an extra $12/person per meal. The website stated the breakfast buffet was included as part of the stay but this was not the case and I would have had to pay an extra $36 on top of the extra $36 I paid with the reservation to have breakfast for that weekend. I wish this had been made clearer before we checked in and that breakfast was available to all guests instead of being an additional or double charge."

"The rooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly Really the only issue was the pool situation. The pool right on the lodge side is not open so you can swim in the local state park pool which is literally a half mile down the road. All the advertising has pictures of a nice slide that you can go down and of course we get there and the slide is not functional at all. It’s not working. And there’s paint chipping from the bottom of the pool, floating up Very dirty and very disappointing to an otherwise great experience I mean, why wouldn’t you fix your pool?? We still enjoyed the experience overall"
