"A great family hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed, good bathroom, balcony and small kitchen. Fantastic breakfast every day. Located walking distance to 2 metro stations and Petronas Towers. The staff are great, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel."

"Finished our 3 week trip to Malaysia with a 2 night stay here as it is right in the middle of the busy area for night life. Lots of bars shops and restaurants right outside. The hotel is having some internal and external painting done at the moment but this didn't affect our stay whatsoever.a"

"Breakfast is terrible. Chef don't serve an extra piece of bread. No tea or drink if you late to have breakfast. I left a loaf of bread for the cook to serve others if someone asks. The apartment was superb. But WiFi was down for the whole day "

"Such a great property in a very convenient location for shopping and dining. The room was large and comfortable. All the staff were professional and helpful especially our Housekeeper Hussin who was so friendly and did such a great job. Breakfast was good. Would recommend to others and would stay here again. "

"Amazing view of twin towers from the pool (69th floor). Very clean, communication with front desk excellent, 7minute walk to metro station, 10minute walk to Suria mall (food court excellent). The place is outstanding!"

"Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place."
