"Value for money, connecting with host is a issue"

"During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The location is really good, which is the biggest highlight of the hotel. The night market is right by the hotel. However, we stayed on Thursday and didn’t know the night market is only available on Friday, Sat, and Sunday. There is plenty food options within short walk. So we didn’t feel we missed much. The room itself could use some update, especially the bathroom. Overall, our stay is pleasant, and would recommend this hotel if you want to experience...

"It was a pleasant stay at Amber Cove Residence Well managed. Place was clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Hope to be back again!"

"Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp."

"チェックインが21時になり、夕食をメインダイニングでいただきました。食事の際にビールをいっしょに注文したかったのですが、アルコールは注文できませんでした。同じフロアのバーで提供されてるとのことでした。食事といっしょに冷たいビールで乾杯したかったのですが、とても残念でした。宗教上の問題なのでしょうか？ それ以外は、ホテルも新しく、きれいに清掃されておりましたし、満足な滞在でした。"

"Though this is not 5 stars hotel but amenities should be functional. Upon check in, realize safe and fridge both no working. Kettle connected to a faulty socket too. Connecting to hotel WiFi was greeted with security warning on Android phone. Asked for an additional towel as we travel with a kid, once with room service staff then called front desk, but the towel never come. All towels are old and with holes but not a big deal. However, the aircon is surprisingly configurable to how I want it to...

"Modern clean room with necessary amenities. Great bed and pillows. Only 1 towel pp. 1 coffee and tea pp. Great pool. Some restaurants and bars and convenience store nearby. 3.5km to jonker. Had to provide Rm100 cash as security deposit and they check the room before they return it."

"Better than expected. Family room is suitable for kids. Pool’s 100/100. Feels like a boutique hotel - don’t expect 5 stars facilities and finishing but it’s great for the price. 3 things stood out - aircon and warm water supply are perfect, bedding and cot (proper baby cot!) were great too! And the staff try to help (e.g., early check in)."

"Generally, good location with lots of food and shopping nearby. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Room is spacious with good view but it's really scary to see stained pillow cases, and the same stain on the second day after housekeeping . So likely they didn't even bother to check or change the pillow cases. Next is the beverages area. There were stains on the table top and the layer of dust looked like they havnt been cleaning that area. Really disappointing for a hotel of this class."
