"This is 2nd time I've been in the hotel.
Cons: The cleaning was the weakest point. We could see dust in every corner of the room. And walking through the corridor to our room was another surprise: carpet full of stains, giving a really bad impression. Breakfast could be improved with more fruits for example.
Pros: Reception was really good and we got all information we needed. Despite breakfast could be improved, omelettes were really delicious (highly recommended)! it is nearby several...

"I never leave reviews - ever - BUT! We were so blown away with this hotel I could not pass it up. It is a gorgeous spot conveniently located in the heart of Salzburg. The staff was incredible -friendly and so helpful. We travel with a service animal and they had our room prepared with a set of dog bowls as well. If we ever come back to Salzburg, we will not stay anywhere else ❤️"
