"There were cleanliness issues in the room and breakfast ended 30 minutes before the time relayed at check-in by the front desk. I have not had similar issues at this chain before. Otherwise the hotel is new and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly."

"I schedule to pay upon arrival and my room was canceled they told me because the hotel was booked and I didnt have card on file however they gave me a room...the room was clean the bathroom was horrible I complained and no one came to clean..I had to put a towel in the tub just to shower...the sup came to clean bathroom and told me that they will give me accommodation that never happen..however she did say the bathroom was dirty and maintenence will be fired bc of this...my whole experience...

"The bar is superb, and staffed by an exceptionally attentive staff. The level of hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. The hotel is built around a central atrium. It is quite calm and soothing to spend any amount of time in there. Throw in glass elevators that overlook the atrium, and a number of rooms with an interior view, and you've got an extraordinary experience waiting for you. "

"The staff is very nice and helpful. The check in and out process was fast. The room was clean and roomy. The bathroom and shower is big. We didnt get a chance to have the continental breakfast. The parking was plentiful. And also pet friendly. I would definitely book this hotel again for my next stay in Charlottesville."

"Checked in. 1. TV didn’t work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it. 2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see next… 3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall. They did offer a coupon for a free night for a future stay, I declined, stating I wouldn’t be returning to that hotel! 4. Next day, when showering,...
