"The room was very clean and bed was comfy. Nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was included with our reservation. Good food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was located right off the freeway making it easy to get around."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, despite a long wait at check-in. The staff was exceptionally polite, apologizing for the delay and even offering us an additional breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. The facilities were well-maintained, and the buffet exceeded our expectations with a great variety of options. Overall, a positive experience with attentive service!"

"Had reservations for 2 queen beds. They downgraded us to one bed and a pullout couch upon arrival. Shuttle service excellent. Internet strength poor. No extras, not even coffee in the lobby. Be careful. Third party reservations will add daily parking garage fees even though they don't even have a parking garage."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room had a very strong sewage smell. We arrived very late at night and were only there 2 nights so we did not have time to request a room change. It was Derby weekend and the hotel was full. Not sure if it was just our specific room as we were beside the laundry."

"What pool? Staff was extremely rude when checking in. Hair in the tub and on the counter. Sink stop broken so water could not drain. Overall, the stay was aweful."

"Ill start by saying the staff nice, kind, and the room that they gave us was nice and clean and remodeled. I have to say the room might have smelt nice but the smell of weed was bad who knows. Thin walls you can hear everything. The outside was not to good and people that was staying there just made me and my kids uncomfortable. So we had to leave and find some where else to stay. "

"We were only there 1 night so didn’t experience much. Rooms were clean and spacious with full kitchen. Breakfast is nice bonus. Perfect location for visit to University of Louisville and also super close to Churchill Downs."

"Live centipede on curtains when we arrived to our room. Something red which appeared to be blood on tall mirror outside bathroom and large shower head didn't work. But hotel was close to our destination, likely to go elsewhere next time."

"The hotel was clean. It served its purpose for Derby Weekend. An inexpensive, no frills alternative to the more elegant hotels. There isn’t an elevator. If you are physically challenged, ask for a first floor room. "
