"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this hotel was absolutely terrible. I wasn’t expecting a luxury experience, but I did expect a clean and functional room. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it’s close to the airport, and thankfully I only had to stay for one night. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of humidity and mildew. It only got worse from there. "Our stay at Woodhaven was one that made lasting memories. The house is extraordinary and so beautiful with all the personal touches from Mark and Jermey. Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. "Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!"
