"The room was very clean and bed was comfy. Nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was included with our reservation. Good food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was located right off the freeway making it easy to get around."

"I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again"

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room had a very strong sewage smell. We arrived very late at night and were only there 2 nights so we did not have time to request a room change. It was Derby weekend and the hotel was full. Not sure if it was just our specific room as we were beside the laundry."

"Had to pay $8 to park and didn't know that until we arrived. There were no spots so we had to park well behind the hotel and walk. The woman at check in was not very gracious. Didn't tell us anything other than our room number. Breakfast starts at $18 a person and there's no free coffee at all. The bed was very small although I paid for 2 Queens. They were Full size at best. Wouldn't stay here again."

"Had reservations for 2 queen beds. They downgraded us to one bed and a pullout couch upon arrival. Shuttle service excellent. Internet strength poor. No extras, not even coffee in the lobby. Be careful. Third party reservations will add daily parking garage fees even though they don't even have a parking garage."

"The hotel was clean. It served its purpose for Derby Weekend. An inexpensive, no frills alternative to the more elegant hotels. There isn’t an elevator. If you are physically challenged, ask for a first floor room. "
