Khách sạn Knowlesville

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town."

"Okey"

"As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem."

"The rooms were clean and recently remodeled. You could go out into the hall and watch the harness races without going outside. the casino was very convenient. the only down side were the pillows. I could not find a pillow that was comfortable for sleeping."

"Great"

"It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs."

"Was courteously greeted upon entering the hotel to check in. While I am fully aware as to why a credit card is needed at check in, it would have been nice to hear the reason and the amount of the hold on my card. Room was very spacious, and I love the fact that the window can be opened, even if it is just a couple inches, for fresh air. Bathroom could have used some attention, primarily the shower floor, which appeared to still have grit and (ew) hairs leftover. 2 bath towles, no hand towels or...

"The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great."

"Don’t book this hotel, there not professional, to many times and too many excuses that they over charge my card. They should be more better than that"

"Every friendly and very clean! I loved the look of the place too! I will definitely be back!"

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"Great place to stay. Maybe the only complaint would be its seculded location, but on the other hand, it can be a plus for some."
