It was an excellent stay for the week I did business in Knoxville. I appreciate the kitchenette. Wi-fi worked fantastic and the room size made the longer stay more comfortable. Will return for future business trips.

Functional not glamorous

I have stayed here twice now and have been very happy with this hotel. The area seems safe with plenty of dining options close by. The actual room is clean with comfortable beds and a full kitchen, even a dish washer and full-size fridge/freezer. The shower is pretty good with decent pressure. The AC took a bit to cool the room, but it was fine when it got going. This is a basic no frills hotel but functionally it was great. I will stay here again when I am back in Knoxville.

A reasonable price point if you just need a place to stay one night during travel. Was woken up at 1230 am by a man swearing and hollering. Perhaps par for the course for $65 a night, but we’re sandwiched between some very nice hotels in a good area with many dining choices.

The gentleman who checked us in/out was courteous and efficient. But the room, including the beds, had ants everywhere. We were offered another room, but chose to go to another hotel. The gentleman advised on how we got our refund, since we used a third party (hotels.com) to book. Refund was quick. Can’t give the hotel a good review because of the ants…but the gentleman was helpful and kind.
