"Very personal vibe about the place, not your typical hotel booking. Although nothing flash it was still very well presented and you felt very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommend"

"Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right...

"My stay at Avista Hideaway Patong Resort & Spa Phuket - MGallery Collection was a great stay! It was my first time in Phuket and as a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe while stay on the property. The rooms were regularly serviced (if you wanted it). The rooms are modern, spacious and luxe. I stayed in the room with the whirlpool and private pool (which were cleaned regularly, so I didn't have to go to one of the main pools if I didn't want to)."
