"Everything and everyone were great. Quiet neighborhood, but still be able to walk to the close-by “village” and a 7-eleven. It locates on the farthest side of the island, perfect for those who love a quiet vacation. There are two drawbacks however. One is the noise level from the next rooms because the walls are thin and the front door doesn’t really fit the frame. There’s a big gap for outside noises and insects to come thru. "I enjoyed my stay even though short, staff were more than friendly and everything was nice. My room was very clean and my bed was so comfortable. 7/11 and Tops is quite a walk and the hotel is a bit of a distance out from places but I can’t wait to come back"

"La grandeur de l’hôtel, la qualité et réactivité du service juste parfait. L’hôtel est d’extrement bien entretenu avec un extérieur immense et sublime. Le seul point « négatif » c’est le sol du fond piscine un peu tranchant par certain moment les enfants se sont coupés à plusieurs reprises les orteilles et doigts. Petit déjeuner très bon. "They are the worst. We had to cancel due to major flooding and a cyclone in Phuket and they would not give our money back. How are we supposed to come in a major storm??? They have zero care in the world. I’d stay away. Also the villas in a storm like that wouldn’t be safe but they do not care and are super greedy!"
