"The suites and pool are pretty nice. Great view. Friendly staff. Room service was good. The property was dated. A little dirty. Don’t plan on walking, on a huge hill. They have a shuttle, helps. Took tooks can bring you back up the hill."

"We've returned from a 12 night stay at Alisea Pool Villas and cannot recommend it enough. We had a 3 bed pool villa for a family of 4. It was spacious, the gardens and surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We ordered a couple of meals, breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. But it was really the staff who made it for us. They were so helpful, arranging boat trips, quad biking and making recommendations. We used the hotel taxi down to Ao Nang a couple of times...

"Our villa was very nice. The customer service needs work. They tried to bill me for using the towel to remove my lipstick. I had to explain to them that it would come out In The wash before they dropped the charges. also I felt like a criminal as they had me wait 15 minutes for them to check my room for checkout before I left. If I was in a rush to get to my flight I would have been late as they did not tell me in advance I would need to wait. Also the only restaurant they had on property was...
