"Lots of Construction on front street so go down the side of the building to get to the stations. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Hot water fluctuated a bit, otherwise a very comfortable stay with great fast access to JR Sannomiya and subway. Konbini was only a few steps away from this hotel."

"Clean room, average sized hotel room, convenient location close to plenty of food and shopping. Laundry room uses a dual washer/drying machine all-in-one so be mindful of that. Breakfast was decent offering. "

"Stayed just one night in Kobe to take a sake brewery tour (worth it!). This hotel is steps from the Shinkansen station so very easy access. Also a short train or cab ride from Sannomiya, the heart of the city. Had a pricey dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel but it was outstanding. Breakfast with the room was very substantial & they offer a Japanese option elsewhere. Rooms are aging a bit but very comfortable with good lighting. They have a coin laundry which we did not use. Nespresso coffee machine as in most Japanese hotels. No complaints and could have easily spent a few more days there. Fast internet too! Great views from the 20th floor."

"Hotel has great views and location. Rooms are clean and spacious although the mattress was really hard. Concierge was helpful booking dinner but couldn’t help us find a doctor for a medical situation."
