Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Good location right at the train. Plenty of dining options within the building if needed. Check in process could be better. Long line and everything automated. I prefer dealing with humans.

The spa was awesome, perfect after a day of walking around. The Whiskey Nova restaurant was really good and a great relaxing experience after a long day in crowds.
