We felt very safe here. * Clean * Good sized space and beds. * Really close to the train station and grocery stores. Cons: * Train noise * The sofa needs to be replaced. It was stained and wouldn't hold...

"The staffs was very attentive and helpful she even waited outside with us until the taxi came."

"It was new building and felt very safe all the security and police station across from the street . Train station near by but don’t have elevator so you have to carry suits are up stair . 2 family mart near by. Restrants every where and front desk and everyone working there were amazing. We wanted to late check 1pm paid $5000 they can keep your luggage also that was very nice ! Landry place was huge and 24 hrs was so nice ! "

Plenty of room, a mini kitchen setup, very comfortable. Also, because Kyoto bus transportation is so solid, and there is a bus stop 1 minute...
