"Our experience at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort started off on a very disappointing note. The check-in process was absolutely horrible! We waited over two hours just to check in, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with family and children. To make matters worse, instead of focusing on getting us checked in, the staff tried to push a timeshare presentation on us. After a long trip, the last thing we wanted was additional sales pressure. Another major disappointment was the...

"Amazing! The unit was so spacious and cozy at the same time. The view was truly the best in the smokies!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and...

"Very nice, felt right at home"

"Great hosts"

"Clean and nice home. A bit close to the other houses. Nice creek out back. Hot tub was lovely. Wish they had provided something to wash dishes with. Most people don't travel with dish sponges."

"Nice and clean. Condos were closed to everything in Pigeon Forge."

"This property is absolutely worth booking! Pinot Paradise is a true mountain oasis, and the photos simply do not do the location justice. The breathtaking scenery and peaceful setting made for the perfect getaway. Mike and his wife were exceptional hosts from start to finish. They were welcoming, responsive, and provided a fantastic variety of recommendations for things to do, whether we wanted to stay close to the cabin or explore the surrounding area. The cabin itself was immaculate and...

"Property was a great setting for families. Clean and many options for activities."

"It was perfect for us! It was a last minute trip for my daughter's birthday but the reservation and check-in was a breeze and no stress! The cabin was immaculate and exactly as described! The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it quite a bit both nights! Thanks so much!"

"Overall great place to stay. Had some issues with missing TV remotes and some bedrooms seem small for the amount of furniture. Short drive from Gatlinburg and easy access to grocery store."

"We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and the accommodations were great."

"What a wonderful place to stay clean well-maintained I will be back. We absolutely love it here. Thank you for having us."
