"Bandara was everything we were looking for for our family holiday with a 13 and 9 year old. Great facilities, a pool we lived in, a kids club they both enjoyed and made them feel independent, and a fantastic location on the beach and edge of Fisherman’s Village. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was also easily able to arrange a pick up from the airport which made arriving to the island very easy with kids. We couldn’t recommend Bandara high enough if you are looking for a family...

"The room was more style over substance. The beds are too hard and squeak with every movement. This leads to an uncomfortable nights sleep. All contact with reception is done through an app which is not great. Simple things like towels and toilet paper have to be asked for 2-3 times before they are received. "Seems like its a fairly newish resort, location is pretty good with restaurants, laundry, pharmacies, shops near by. On the beach. Would stay again. Keep in mind there is not restaurant within the property but there is plenty of restaurants and cafes near by."
