Beware ot the Taxi Tout.
Not the most pre-possessing building externally but well positioned to facilities and the the night food market and once inside the facilities were great. Being almost new, very clean and nicely furnished.
Be warned the taxi Tout is a fraud when leaving the ferry. Charged me 200 Baht saying I will not find the place in spite of me saying I will walk when after a ride around the block, droped me at the accom which was 200m away from where she first spoke to me. The Driver acting on her instruction looked puzzled but was great with the service provided, carrying my bag etc.
