Absolutely beautiful hotel. Nothing quite compares to having your swimming pool outside your door. The room was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Ocean currents have removed most of the sand on the hotel's small beach. If you want a beach experience, you'll have to travel south to Chaweng or Lamai beach. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff who were welcoming and efficient! Our hotel room was up in the mountain and had a stunningly breathtaking view and excellent transportation through the villa. The infinity pools were well kept, beautifully located and had a swim up bar. The location was close to the action. I would highly recommend this location and can’t wait to go back!

Nice resort, poor service
Service leaves you to believe you’re staying at a hostel. Dinner was okay, selection is very poor, bring your own wine… Lunch is a disaster, food comes whenever staff feels like working. Breakfast is okay, coffee selection is good. Pool is dirty and has sediments inside, surprised we didn’t get sick. Gym is actually above standard. Staff is grabbed of the street, tells you lies and wastes your time… Overall, this place leaves you with a bad taste wishing you opted for something else..

Lovely hotel accommodation. Clean with hillside sea view. Two swimming pools. Great buffet breakfast selection. About 10 mins from Chaweng beach by taxi.. Nice and quiet location. Would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The resort is beautiful and a short taxi ride from the busy Chaweng strip. It was very easy to get into town but we enjoyed the quiet comforts of the resort. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Would definitely come back here again!

This is a wonderful private spot to enjoy your vacation away from the hustle and bustle. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. They have two outdoor pools that you can enjoy swimming with sea view and sunset.

This resort was a let down, it was build on the side of a steep mountain, you need to get a golf cart to take you to your room. Our rooms where located all the way at the top, the garden was a mess weeds around, electrical wires hanging out, old rusty air conditioners sitting on the side walk. The room smelled like mold, was outdated, to operate the lights you had to use some kind of chinese control panel system next to the bed which looked like it was make in 1980. Breakfast was ok, it felt like a Carnival cruise line buffet, crowded, you have to wait in queue to order eggs. The location is strange theres a tunnel you need to go under to get to the beach, which is covered in garbage, with all 300 employees none of them can clean the beach. The hotel appears to be built for chinese mega tourists but ended up being rented by normal travellers, and its a mess. You have to ride a "Taxi" to get anywhere. Staff at front desk wasnt helpful, nobody to help carry your bags. I dont suggest this place unless you are on a tight budget and even then go stay near the real beach.

Les seules choses que nous avons réellement apprécié sont les piscines. L’hôtel a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Chambre et salle de bain sont très sombres. Un manque cruel de lumière. Matériel de la salle de fitness vraiment ancien. Odeur très forte dans les meubles de la chambre. Produits de salle de bain de piètre qualité et produit identique dans toutes les bouteilles. Chaises de terrasse très dures.

Resort tranquillo, con tutti i servizi a disposizione. Ben organizzati e staff gentilissimo.Peccato aver prenotato solo una notte per poi partire....merita piu di qualche giorno. Colazione a buffet con di tutto. Spiaggia con scogli...e dipende da Madre Natura se riesci a fare il bagno.

Beautiful Setting
We stayed for 7 nights at the Nora Buri. It was our second visit. The views are stunning. Breakfasts are amazing as are the staff. Two cautions - many, many steps and costly to take daily taxi to Chaweng Centre. Resort should provide shuttle service.

This was a great first resort experience. The staff were amazing, food was incredible. The breakfast bar has a lot of variety. Only thing I would change, people were smoking by the pools rather than the smoking areas and it was gross.

The resort is beautiful. We wake up to our villa pool, sunrise view and seaview every morning, it was so wonderful. Staffs are super friendly. The hotel breakfast was great also. I don't really think the beach accessed from the hotel is somewhere you can really swim to? The wave was pretty strong and there's lots of garbage washed up ashore. Aside from that, great stay, definitely a hotel to return to.

Hillside villa (no private pool) rooms are huge compared to private pool villa with really good water pressure, bathroom privacy and room privacy. Because these villas are stacked, you do get noise from other apartments.

Loved the hillside private pool villa. Loved no pool fencing and those late night cool dips before sleeping. Loved the sound of crickets and frogs while it rained and thunderstormed. Loved the view from the bed. Loved the buggy transport up n down the hillside...at night and when a little tipsy the ride home feels like a jurrasic park tour. The gardens are well cared for and look beautiful at night. Only thing that lacked...was the privacy of the actual villa. Always on display...pool, toilet, shower, balcony and bedroom. Service and friendliness of staff was impeccable. Room service food was pretty damn good too. We stayed 9 days, thankyou nora burri

الفندق جميل ويحتوي على بركتين سباحة بحجم رائع ، قريب جداً من الشاطئ فقط تعبر الشارع المحاذي لشاطئ الباتونغ ، سرعة في اجراءات الدخول والخروج ، سعره ممتاز بالنسبة للقيمة ، فقط يعيبه ان الاثاث قديم ولا يوجد عزل صوت ، ولكن ذلك لا يجعل من هذا المكان رائعاً للاقامة

地點非常好近機場，而又不受噪音影響 ，自成一角環境清幽，可以享受寧靜假期 ，員工友善親切服務一流，早餐美味，其餘餐廳 都相當不俗，今次入住山上泳池別墅，房間舒適整潔，但部分設施未能正常運作，這點需改善，但整體不會影響今次入住感覺，是次入住感覺非常良好。

Great view from room. Nice pools. Not possible to swim at the beach, too rocky and strong waves. You will need to go to other beach. Organization not so good with staff. Quite a few staff but still none at cart station at beach (steep slope to go up to room, and difficult with baby). Staff forget to bring coffee, and laundry forgotten until reminded night before departure etc. Good Thai food at restaurant and great seaside view. Overall was very positive, nice and relaxed vacation.
