"There is no central or split/window air conditioning in the rooms. They do provide a cheap floor standing portable AC unit only in the bedroom. Since it is tropical rainforest weather , the rooms stay pretty warm without air-conditioning. We had to request additional pedestal fans to keep us cooler ..."

"We were checked in but there was an issue with the room. The hotel luckily had a room open that we could move too because changing hotels at that time of night would have been almost impossible. The staff was great through the whole experience though."
