"Had an event across the street at Amy Greenwell, and my grandparents would always book here when we’d be on this side of the island. It’s older, but being able to walk right up to the restaurant is worth it, and in the morning it’s so peaceful to just sit out on the porch"

"10/10 I would live the rest of my life on this farm"

"Clean, maintained room but clearly an older property with smaller room spaces, no air conditioning in hallways, and limited parking. Very conveniently located within walking distance of nearby shops and restaurants. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and plan to explore Kona on foot, it might be worth considering for the price."

"Paid extra to upgrade our room to oceanfront. It was an amazing view! The sunset view was awesome and the sound of the waves from the ocean was so relaxing. "Not as nice as expected. Location was very good. Room was outdated. Pool area was very small. Code for elevator and room was annoying. View from the lanai was also very good."

"I booked the 2 bedroom suite. Was first shown a small bedroom w/ what looks like a queen bed. Not sure why Barbara thought I booked the "cheapest room". Showed her my receipt to correct that and she walked us over to an area with 2 rooms. No A/C, No solid walls just heavy mesh covering on two sides, bathtub (needed to be cleaned prior to use) & shower was outside and can be seen through the mesh covering. But, the bed had curtains you can pull close all the way around! Lol! Not sure if that...
