"1. The road into the property was dreadful. 2. To access the restroom/shower, you had to go OUTSIDE to another building; not good, especially in the middle of the night! "Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain "

"The pool was closed after there was no longer a reason for it to be. Check-in took a very long time, and even then, I wasn’t checked in successfully, so other guests got access to my room and my keycard got deactivated. I then had to wait in the long check in line for another 30 min to gain access back to my room. The walls were also thin. Not what you’d like from a hotel that costs so much. "

"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
