"We stayed for two nights. Room was very clean, comfortable and had AC!!!!! Manuel wnt above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again if we were in Brussels.
Breakfast was average for a European hotel, no complaints but don't expect American fare/quantity. Location was easy to get to, parking options exist."

"We got delayed and arrived for check in with 2 young children close to midnight, the receptionist the not acknowledge us and left me waiting while he discussed something about not being told something with some other member of staff. This took more than 5 minutes. We just stood there while he had his little moan about not knowing what rooms had been cleaned while the other member of staff tells him that “He (someone else) always does that.”
