"We stayed one night before catching an early (6am) flight. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Central so easy to access the old town of Heraklion, and to find restaurants in easy walking distance. The ride to the airport was only about 11 or 12 minutes. It is central, and so there was street noise for much of the night so if you want quiet choose somewhere else."

"Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. "Loved everything about this property, including the banana tree which we ate fresh bananas from. My only issues were the extremely small shower and no ac in the bedroom. Once in the shower, it is difficult to move. You are unable to bend over, there's limited space for turning around, or lifting your legs. We eventually figured out a system but it was messy. "The location was great. Right in the center of town and modern. When we checked in there was a huge puddle of water in the kitchen area. The cleanliness was also not up to par. When we initially brought attention to the cleanliness. Even with pictures and evidence the communication and attitude of the staff was not great and to be worked on."
