"Quite a unique experience — Jo&Joe is located on the 5th and 6th floor of an in-city IKEA, which is a clever concept (great way to furnish the place!). The atmosphere is very young and vibrant, though we did see families staying as well. "Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen sehr gut weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer waren in einem super Zustand, das Bad war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Es ist schön, dass auch kleine Events wie Karaoke, Bar-Abend usw. angeboten werden. Was mir auch gut gefallen hatte: Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, zur U-Bahn und Supermärkten wie Lidl und Hofer. "At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...
