"The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!"

"Zimmer war super und leise. Morgens wurde der Parkplatz vom Schnee befreit. Ohne diese Räumung hätte ich es wahrscheinlicht vom Parkplatz geschaft. Danke dafür! Zwei Kleinigkeiten sind mir aufgefallen. Ein Fenster ging beim Öffnen auch in den Kipp-Modus und ein Rolladen steckte, aber das störte mich nicht."

"Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...
