"I am staying in many hotels, but this one is really outstanding so many small details from really good and big towels to free sweets and very, very kind and helpful personnel."

"The room was lovely, especially the round window with seat. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet because we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get 24 euro’s worth out of it, but there were plenty of cute cafes close by that did a nice breakfast. Being right next to the station suited us as we came and left by train, and found everything either easily walkable or a quick metro ride away. Our only complaint really was that they don’t hold luggage for you - there are pay lockers available though."

"The property was in the process of change of administration. The installation was ok, not the best location but a close walking distance to the Schrobrunn Palace. All else was a 20 minute drive away. Staff was rude except for one receptionist which who was not native of Austria. Everyone else, even in restaurant lacked manners and do not know a dime about cordial service. Such a disappointment for being in hospitality service. After the change of administration on our third night there things...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The location is excellent and made it incredibly easy to get around the city. Everything about the hotel was top-notch—the property was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. The staff was also wonderful, friendly, and highly professional throughout my entire visit. From the cleanliness to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again...

"I've stayed here a few times. Great hotel and near to family for me"

"Beautiful hotel and great location, opposite Schönbrunn Palace. Easy to get to central Vienna by subway, which was very easy to navigate."

"Good location quite place"

"Nice location. The room is nice and clean."

"Great location for us as we were travelling by train to and from Vienna."

"loved it great location and great hotel! beds were a little firm so if soft beds are important to you you might want to keep that in mind"

"After waiting in a huge line up in the lobby, I was given keys to a room that was already in use. Glady the people werent in the room, but their clothes and belongings were everywhere. I mean, if i was a bad man, i coulda robbed them blind. The hotel ended up giving me a new room on a higher floor after. The Hotel One in Berlin rules. This Vienna ones mid though."

"Excellent location. Great breakfast!"
