"Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! "The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!"

"Wij zaten in kamer/studio 925, 9e verdieping. Mooi ruim met een kleine maar volledig geoutilleerde keuken. Ook de badkamer was prima met grote inloopdouche, alleen was de waterdruk van de hand- en regendouche minimaal. En de organisatie rondom het ontbijt kan beter. Af en toe misgrijpen bij koffiebekers, borden maar ook bij eten. Misschien moet er geïnvesteerd worden in meer personeel rondom het ontbijt. Het dakterras is wel een mooie aanvulling. "We had a wonderful stay at Harry's home in Millennium Tower. It was easy to find if you follow the signboards in the shopping mall. Location is very convenient as it is just next to a train station and the mall has many shops and food options. Feels really safe too. Staff are also very polite and helpful.
