Khách sạn Gerasdorf bei Wien

"I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. "find entrance to hotel was challenging...Who can suspect that will be not in grand floor? You need to take escalator to go through door of hotel. No any signs on the building that has grocery store on the bottom... No any neon ,some signs were far away from building(at least 20m). Free coffee 24h was appreciated but was sometimes lack"

"Well located, near airport"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The location is excellent and made it incredibly easy to get around the city. Everything about the hotel was top-notch—the property was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. The staff was also wonderful, friendly, and highly professional throughout my entire visit. From the cleanliness to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again...

"More food options"

"Clean, large quiet rooms, comfy bed and blackout curtains. No air-con, so a little too warm, even in October, street noise if you open the balcony door - think you can ask for a fan at Reception. Free coffee and water available from the bar area during the day and reasonable variety of drinks to purchase. 20 minute walk to Gasthaus Hansy for a great meal. Tram stop 2 outside takes you direct to city centre. Spar just few minutes walk away. Would stay again but not in the Summer."

"Love the lounge area , gym and sauna. Room was immaculate."
