"So the room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy as was check-out. There are two supermarkets very close making it very easy to buy supplies. It’s 2 minutes walk to the U4 so very convenient for the centre of Vienna. Rooms were quite with good curtains so this did not hamper sleep. Our only criticism was that the corridors were slightly unpleasant smelling but this didn’t affect the room."

"Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. Overall a beautiful hotel, all the amenities a guest could want and situated as a perfect base to explore Wien"

"The sofa bed was cranky and not a good kind for 2 people sleeping on it , first night when i woke up i have a back pain to solve the problem i moved the foam on the floor it was a better sleep."

"It was a very nice and clean hotel; everything was new. Although it is a bit far from the city center, transportation was very easy — you can reach the city center with a single tram line. We never felt cold; the room was always warm, and there was hot water, a hair dryer, etc. — everything we needed was available. Towels were changed every 2–3 days. The staff were very helpful; on our last day, they gave us some tips on how to get to the airport more cheaply. If I go again, I would definitely...
