"Our stay here was very comfortable! Parking was easy and inexpensive (500yen). The front desk had a map that clearly outlined the various small lots and which one they wanted us to use. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and had a nice mix of Japanese and western options. Its proximity to Hakodate airport was nice. The room was small but adequte. We’d definitely stay again!"

"Property was located a bit far away from the train stations but close to the airport. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible! Plenty of choices and food was super fresh and delicious! Definitely would recommend this place for a relaxing few days. "

"Huge room. Very very clean. And it so great I booked a room with private Onsen bath. Staff were extremely polite. Just the buffet dinner was good but under what I expected. Great stay"

"It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."

"部屋に入って床の汚さに驚きました。色んなシミが沢山あって気持ち悪いです。ユニットバスには蓄積された汚れあり(取れる汚れ) 清掃の仕方に問題あり。帰り際 他の宿泊客がとても綺麗で素晴らしい！と言っていましたが、部屋によって差があるのだと思いました。施設が古くても清掃などでカバーできると思います。 外国人スタッフの対応とても良い。笑顔でしっかりした対応。他スタッフ笑顔なく残念なスタッフ多い。"
