"Everything was great! Except a small feedback, upon check in, perhaps the cleaner just cleaned up the room, so in the master room toilet there is some bits of water on the floor that did not dry up totally. That may be hazardous to cause guest to slip and fall, esepcially if there are seniors. The kitchen utensils are not enough for a bigger group of guests. Other than that, the rest are great!"

"Good location and good size room. Walking distance to CIQ. City Square and Komtar JBCC within walking distance. Highly recommend."

"The property is nicely maintained and had thoughtful amenities. However, there was some inconvenience. Check in/out timing, was limited to office hours. The heater in particular, did not warm up in time, even though we waited 15mins between each use. A more absorbent bathmat would also be helpful. "

"Check-in/out time can be improved, 4pm is abit too late for check-in. And instruction was also sent late.l Check-in process can also be improved, for 1st timer is abit complicated as we weren't know where the letter-box is located to picm-up the key. Security is tight too. Room wise, beds are comfortable. Enough towels."

"Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. "

"Clean and comfort. Bathroom with bath tube. The only thing not good is no wash machine. "

"Great place for the kids to keep occupied with the slides, projector tv, arcade game and lego bricks. Rooms are spacious and acceptable. 2 of the toilet heaters are not working. Not sure if it's me who does not know how to operate the heater or that the heater is spoilt? However, the heater in the master bedroom works just fine."

"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"The property was requested pay bigger deposit without any info before booking. I already paid the Rooms for two nights. I deal with them many times to see Room first and will directly pay the deposit. They not agree. I can't pay extra money after pay the Rooms for two nights. Customer Service call the Manager property also not answer."

"A little difficulty checking in, but sorted rather quickly. Property was well presented, clean and tidy. We did have a problem with ants, they got into some food."

However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance).
