"Property was perfectly located within the city center. Very clean. Secure. There are 6 units on 2 floors. Our unit was in the back but nightly music from the downstairs bar was rocking! Didn’t bother us but could some people. All the linens need replaced- bedding and towels are thin and stained. Mattress is worn out and uncomfortable. Kitchenette does not have toaster, micro or coffee machine. Bare necessities. Could not figure out TV so unable to use. Bathroom is awful. The shower is tiny with...

"What a gem! The location was great for included parking and accessibility to the Old Town by foot, just a mere 15 minute walk, initially taking stairs down to seaside and then a beautiful walk along the sea! The room was spacious and clean, modern and comfortable, including a patio for outdoor sitting! Tatjana was great for communicating once we connected altho it was an issue connecting through Expedia so better just send text directly to hotel number with WhatsApp. Definitely would stay here...

"Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The...

"Very nice, clean, and spacious room with a beautiful private patio overlooking the Kotor Bay. We also had a fridge and fully stocked small kitchen. The private beach right across the street was amazing. The host also provided beach chairs. Check in and check out were seamless. Free parking was a great bonus. Would definitely stay there again."

"Our room was perfect for me and my friend going on a girls’ trip. First off the bet, we have to thank the owner, Dragan, for his hospitality and patience. We had some issues getting our rental car at TGD, and we arrived in Kotor nearly two hours later than planned. He kept in touch with us with WhatsApp, and when we finally arrived, he came out to greet us and help us with our bags. He showed us where to park to unload our suitcase, and where to get free parking, gave us recommendations for...

"The contact via WhatsApp was efficient and helpful in making sure you made it into town. The unit was quaint and convenient, right inside the old town walls."

"This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...

"Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould. I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom. Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes...

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see while still being peaceful and relaxing. The property managers were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We arrived very early in the morning, and since our villa was already ready, they graciously allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. That thoughtful gesture made a huge difference after a long trip. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again....

"Very good place to stay in Perast, and very helpful with anything you need."

"Great view, great value for money. Occasional smell from bathroom and people in the above apartment made a lot of noise (I’m sure this may not always be the case). Other than that everything was perfect! Nice room, responsive host."

"There's plenty to like about the apartment -- it is well cared for and in excellent condition, location is extremely convenient, host is responsive and very helpful. His recommendations for what to see and eat were spot on. However, there's a couple of points to take note of if you're planning a visit. It is situated next to a bar that plays music until after midnight. This is all well and nice if you're a party animal, otherwise a pair of noise cancelling earphones will be very useful. The...

"メッセージをこちらの都合で見られず、チェックイン直前に連絡をとったにも関わらず親切に対応して頂いた。綺麗な寝室にコトルの夜景を見られるプールも部屋にも満足した。"

"DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. "

"Very spacious apartment, very comfortable, excellent view and easily accessible to Kotor Old Town with a 20-30 minute walk. Pretty much everything you needed to prepare food was provided, one very minor point is that it would be better if more knives were provided, particularly a break knife."

"This was easily one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. The apartment was immaculate, and the views over the Bay of Kotor from the living room were absolutely extraordinary. It was the kind of place I genuinely didn’t want to leave. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. His commitment to making sure I had a great experience went far beyond what I expected. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming and genuinely interested in making my time in Montenegro memorable. As a...

"Harika 3 gün geçirdik bu apartmanda ev sahibi çok sevecen ve yardımseverdi gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz çarşıya sadece 10 dakika yürüyerek varabiliyorsunuz yakınlarda market bulunmakta"

"Had a great stay! Having a dedicated parking spot was really nice, though we were able to find street parking on two of the nights. The apartment had plenty of room for 3 people, everything by was clean, and the shower had good pressure. The only issue we had was that the WiFi was not very reliable. Luckily, we had cell service and didn’t need it much during the day. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Kotor!"

"Excelente localização! Apartamento lindamente decorado e em perfeito estado. Limpo, com tudo funcionando,uito.espaçoso. A comunicação foi ótima. Passamos dias muito agradáveis em Kotor!"
