"Beautiful property with great water access and a great breakfast. Just fad enough from Kotor to avoid the cruise ship crowds. A couple of suggestions: 1. Get a shuttle that goes to Kotor every hour. 2. Clears the cars the upstairs taxi pick- up area."

"Please know that you can’t be dropped by taxi to the hotel front door. You get dropped at the gate and let the golf carts take you to the hotel. Note: Getting in and out of Perast is not easy and taxis gouge ya. We took the bus to Kotor and got a taxi there to Tivat airport. The hotel has old world charm with original stones. If you have a faint heart, do not get an upper floor as there is no lift. We were on the 3rd floor and you get winded at the 2nd floor and we are in shape! Good workout. Ha We were a bit disappointed we didn’t get a Sea view room but loved how roomy 303 was. Location is in the heart of Perast. Walkable to restaurants (highly recommend Ehos…please say hello to Vladimir, he is an amazing server), water taxis, the blue line bus stop (take this to Kotor and you must do the cable car/gondola) and the beach. The staff are helpful and available at all hours. You get maid service daily. They will cart you near to the main road when you leave. Overall, Perast is peaceful when the tourist have left for the day and very beautiful. Stay in Kotor if you want a more lively experience."

"We stayed for a weekend 12-14th September and having read the poor reviews just before, were worried but it honestly didn't deserve it. 1) cleanliness- yes the bathroom and certain bits could do with a deep clean but they were still clean and the bed and towels were spotless 2) amenities- the pools are huge and lots of sunbeds. The indoor gym is a bonus. We had the penthouse jacuzzi room and it did work, you just needed to fill it which was no issue! WiFi was sometimes intermittent but strong enough for streaming etc. Aircon worked great. The rooms admittedly are odd, there is nothing in the kitchenette except a kettle and 2 mugs. But there is a fridge and freezer which is helpful and you can't drink the tap water so bring bottled water. They no longer have the airport shuffle due to government restrictions so book a taxi! 3) food- we were at cielo one night which was a much posher experience and lovely food. Second night we ate here and the food was more basic but good price and still nice! The aperols were amazing! Breakfast was great, huge variety. But yes the coffee machines don't work! 4) staff- the staff were so lovely and helpful they really were, everyone was so nice. It was really quiet this weekend and peaceful so whether it was a different experience out of peak season, but we enjoyed it and the negatives were little niggles but by no means an issue. The views, location, staff and pools were spot on for a peaceful break."

"The view was simply amazing. Requested daily housekeeping which was great. Small kitchenette handy. Note no lift. Also free parking outside but road surface dusty meaning shoes dusty when entering room."

"Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt. If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation. Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was WONDERFUL. Confirmed the room, called the hotel to notify them of this error — and the representative received the same treatment; frank rudeness, not willing to listen. So this is the problem, the front desk and management and staff. Food, pool, beach, room…. All amazing."

"A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, perfect for exploring the city. We did experience a misunderstanding with our room upon arrival and were initially given the wrong room. However, the issue was fixed and we were moved to the correct room on our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive and courteous staff."
