"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war ok, wobei man bei den Temperaturen sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht hat. Das Essen war auf das internationale Publikum ausgerichtet und hatte eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Hausmeister täglich im Einsatz um das auch so beizubehalten. Lediglich die Gemeinschaftsräume und das Foyer bräuchten mal neues Mobiliar und die dort vorhandenen Sanitären...
