"We were a bit confused upon arriving because there was no staff present. I forgot to view the message that had the room number and room code in it so once I found that we were great. It was very comfortable and a very nice room. The fire alarm went off right before 7 AM and there was a strong burning smell downstairs. However, soon we learned that someone had put a pizza box in the oven to warm up the pizza and it caught fire. It was extinguished quickly in the shower and everything was back to normal."
"Cute hotel. Slightly dated but seems like it’s currently being renovated, so no complaints there.
The pool area had a fireplace! I wanna go and swim when that’s running!
The breakfast left much to be desired. I am vegan and my options were incredibly limited - the oatmeal packets seemed to be out of date (very hard packed seasoning and the oats never really “puffed up”) and I’m used to having peanut butter at hotels to get some protein and they had none.
The other people in my group are not vegan and said the breakfast was generally lame. Shared my feelings on peanut butter.
I was disappointed bc reviews had specifically mentioned a good breakfast."

10/10 Excellent
"Building is small and old, but the rooms and lobby are updated and bed was very comfortable. Can be a little loud because the upper level has a balcony to the lower level, the noise travels. Did not take advantage of the continental breakfast"
"The room was clean but had a damp musty feel and smell. There was no coffee in the breakfast area because it was broken, although there was a coffee pot in the room."
"The OYO is a very functional property for the price. The property is oriented so the road noise was not intrusive, at least in my assigned room. The room was serviced daily and items functioned as designed, with the refrigerator able to keep ice cold. There were extra blankets on a shelf.
The ice maker on the second floor did not work, but there was one working on the first floor. They include a minimal breakfast of cereal or yogurt, sticky bun, and/or a banana. There were two towels that were very thin. Plenty of hot water, although the control was confusing and much water went down into the tub portion. Illumination was via lamp rather than can lighting. Good parking. I saw but did not use guest laundry. AC worked well and beds were fine. I did not use the TV.
The hotel is within reasonable driving distance of businesses in town, and for my purposes, sections of the national park. If you are on a budget and want an adequate hotel, the OYO is a good choice. It could be improved by servicing the ice machines, wasting less water in the shower, and perhaps bigger towels."
