"I'd really like my stay in the hostel. Before arrival staff send me all information for self check in and it's really helpful, because I've arrived really late. Room was clean and comfortable (beds has curtains) Good kitchen Close to the main bus and train station Right in the Old Town of Krakov."

"受付の時スタッフさんがとても親切で嬉しかったです。清潔でぐっすり眠れました。"

"Great clean hostel. The bed was semi-comfortable. Acceptable id say. You're just close enough to the old town to walk it with ease but far enough away to not hear the sound of the nightlife. Shower worked fine, toilet was fine. The hostel facilities for tea/coffee were good too. Only didn't get 5 stars as the room was pretty basic and small. But I'd stay again"

"Me dieron el acceso tarde del check in (no mandaron las instrucciones a tiempo ) y estuve esperando afuera del lugar con mis maletas, pregunté algunas dudas y no tienes respuesta en línea, si llegas a tener algún problema no hay nadie que te asista"

"Very accommodating and thoughtful staff. Spoke to 3 different people And all reflected the same Compassion and kindness. This is uncommon and appreciated. "

"It was alright, but the window in my room did not close fully despite all of my efforts. I had to cram a towel in the crack just to get some sleep because it was so loud. Otherwise a good experience."

"Nice and comfortable place"

"Pulito Bagno privato ma non in camera come descritto "

"The room was average. The staff wasn't available at all. Even they didn't leave the keys for us, we had to call them many times and they weren't answering our calls. Terrible service."
