"Cozy and beautiful, common areas were well maintained and nice as well. Location is fantastic. Only thing that brings my score down is the shower sensor that does not allow for a comfortable experience whatsoever. All in all would recommend though."

"I upgraded to a private room when I got there so I didn’t really get to experience the shared room. It was a great location. I love that. I had a private outdoor courtyard to get to my room and a private Terrace. The room itself was small but doable nice little bathroom, hot water in the shower. The only thing is that when it rains the ceiling leaked and I had to put the garbage pail to get the water but no big deal. They do deliver breakfast to your room which is nice and the people that worked...

"The Hostel is great for the price.
The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle.
The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out.
I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"Staff was very nice and helpful but the room was dirty didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while. The room was a lot smaller than what the pictures showed but was enough"

"It was alright, but the window in my room did not close fully despite all of my efforts. I had to cram a towel in the crack just to get some sleep because it was so loud. Otherwise a good experience."

Garamond, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Krakow Old Town
10/10 Excellent
"Very nicely decorated in the style the hotel story told of its history. Rooms are a good size and don’t suffer from extraneous noises from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. Staff are all very friendly and helpful willing to go the extra mile to cater for their guests. The hotel’s position is good not right in the old town but only a short pleasant walk to the main square. Evening there’s low key lounge jazz a la Ella Fitzgerald which suits the vibe well. Overall a lovely hotel where you don’t feel that it’s just part of a chain. It has its own individuality"
"Lovely hotel which is a nice 25min walk into the main square. Modern, spacious rooms and main areas. The pool is gorgeous. Breakfast was fabulous and bar area inside and out was really nice. Only thing I would say could be improved is the balcony area - we had a huge wrap around terrace and three people in the room but we just had two lonely seats and a table which were lost on this huge terrace! As it turned out we were out exploring most of the time but would have been nice to have outdoor seating more in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the hotel!"
"Good room, cleaned everyday, good location, staff was very good. Breakfast was good. Fresh beet juice was very refreshing. Free water vending machine on the floor was awesome. Superstore is just across the street. Good location overall. The hotel staff made sure to provide us with a packed breakfast since we had an early morning flight."
"Superb location across the road from the terminal doors. Really suited us because we didn't arrive until the early hours of the morning.
Check in was super easy and quick.
Room was spacious and the huge bed wonderfully comfortable.
If you book early you can still get a decent deal on price."
"Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it."
"The hotel itself was lovely and the reception staff warm and friendly. A bit disappointed in the restaurant barman. I walk with a walking stick and at that particular time as there was no bar person serving on the ground floor I’d to go downstairs to the restaurant for service. I asked for a tray for my 4 drinks to help take them upstairs in the lift, he didn’t have one to give me so I asked for the assistance of one of the waiting staff. He could not do that. I’d to go back upstairs to the reception area where we seated and ask for my partner and brother to go back downstairs to get them. A bit frustrating. Other than that a fantastic stay with great front team staff. Would definitely recommend to others and would go back."
